MT Montana Women's Business Center

Established in October 2009, the Montana Women’s Business Center (MTWBC) is one of over 150 business centers across the country. As a partner program of Prospera, the MTWBC is partially funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. We provide the necessary tools and support to help women establish, grow, and sustain businesses throughout the state of Montana.

“It's been fun to connect with other business owners, and Prospera was really helpful in bridging the gap between feeling randomly lost and making a plan for our business.”

The MTWBC gives women the opportunity to excel in business and contributes to the growth of economies throughout the state.

The MTWBC is focused on providing confidential business advising and training services to women entrepreneurs, and it is a critical resource for those who are economically or socially disadvantaged.

In 2019, the Montana Women's Business Center won the national and regional awards for Women's Business Center of the Year for its innovative programming and technical assistance.

While our program is designed to support women, our services are available to any business owner. Training and advising are available for all entrepreneurs and professionals.
