Overview

Prospera Business Network is excited to announce our new facility rental (see photos below)! Any of our members at the $1,200 Partnership level and above are welcome submit a request to rent our Downstairs Business Center.

Details:

  • Available: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm;
  • Reservations are subject to approval based on intended use and current schedule of Prospera events.
  • Membership Level: $1,200 Partnership or above
  • Maximum Capacity: 24

Pricing:

  • Half-day (up to 4 hours including setup): $200 for morning or afternoon
  • Full day (up to 8 hours including setup): $400

Amenities:

  • WIFI
  • TV (WIFI casting and HDMI connections)
  • OWL (camera, microphone, speaker)
  • Whiteboards
  • Restrooms

Payment:

  • Due in full once your booking is confirmed by Prospera.
  • Non-refundable: Payments are collected as donations to Prospera and are therefore non-refundable, however, you may choose to reschedule your event.
  • Prospera reserves the right to decline requests at our discretion.
