Phillip is the Director of Regional Business Development at Prospera. He has over 30 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Most of his career has been in marketing and communications, but he also has experience as a solopreneur and worked as a business advisor in the program now known as the APEX Accelerators program for six years.

Phillip is an active member of the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks State Trails Advisory Committee and has served on various boards and committees for masters swimming organizations at the local, state, and national levels. He also participates in trail maintenance and watershed clean-up initiatives whenever possible.

Phillip has a B.A. in marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.B.A. from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.

When he’s not working, volunteering, or spending time with his family, Phillip enjoys swimming, mountain biking, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
