Out of college, Shayna started her own consulting business where she helped small businesses, nonprofits and national franchises with digital marketing, branding, communications, and event management. After falling in love with nonprofit work, Shayna transitioned to a full-time marketing and events director for a Bozeman area nonprofit where she was able to increase program participation, brand awareness and expanded support through fundraising events.

Shayna is excited to get back to her roots of helping businesses in Southwest Montana reach their fullest potential by providing quality business development programs and counseling through the MTWBC. Shayna received a BA in Communications and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama.
