Building on the foundational knowledge introduced in the introductory workshop, this advanced session deepens participants’ ability to navigate complex and high-stakes conversations with confidence and skill. Participants will practice strategies and tools and explore nuanced dynamics, such as power imbalances, emotional triggers, and cultural considerations, participants will refine their communication techniques to foster constructive dialogue and strengthen professional relationships across diverse contexts.
While we recommend you take Navigating Difficult Conversations prior to this training, it is not required.
