Getting Back to Business

Montana businesses have been through a lot in a short time due to COVID-19. The uncertainty around the pandemic is concerning for many professionals like yourself. At Prospera, we want to help you get back to business. That’s why we’ve teamed up with experts from across the state of Montana who will guide you through virtual workshops and discussions that will give you the confidence to make business decisions, no matter what the new normal may be.

What You’ll Take Away

Here at Prospera, we help start and grow businesses. Our network of business owners and community leaders support you behind the scenes with things like marketing, allocating funds, and finding resources to help your business thrive. During this pandemic, we’re making sure we expand our offerings to reassure business professionals––from owners to managers to frontline employees––from all over Montana that they can make decisions that will keep their business profitable.

Our series of virtual workshops and trainings is available now for any working professional in Montana. These trainings will help you:

  • Navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19 as a business leader
  • Gain an understanding of consumers’ ever-changing behavior
  • Connect with other business leaders facing the same challenges
  • Identify potential successes and consequences for pivoting your business’s offerings
  • Balance being reactionary while maintaining your business’s vision

Relevant Trainings to Help Your Business Thrive

Your time and energy are valuable. And we know that.

We’ve designed these training sessions to make sure we give you quality and relevant topics to ensure your business’s engagement and connection during this new normal.

Here’s How We Can Help You

Learn something you didn’t know your business needed.

The documents reviewed during the trainings will be shared with you so you can reference them or share them with managers or employees after the trainings.

Quality and relevant trainings are important to you. Save your spot for whichever trainings apply to your business’s needs. Our trainings cover a wide range of topics such as Leadership Webinar: Guiding Teams through Turbulence with Karen Lum.

We also know that the pandemic has hit different industries in various ways. The service industry has been hit differently than financial services have. Our trainings have been designed to accommodate any Montana industry. Our focus is to make sure that no matter what struggles your business is facing, that there is a professional you can relate to and gain insight and advice from, whether it’s a workshop facilitator or a peer in your training group.

We want you to know that these trainings are designed for you.

Finally, we want you to know that these trainings are designed for you. You don’t need to be a member of Prospera to attend these virtual trainings. We’ll be offering trainings until 2021, and you’re more than welcome to join as many as you’d like and forward training invitations to other community leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and those in leadership positions across Montana. These inclusive trainings, resources, and tools to navigate COVID-19 are made possible by Prospera with the help of WBC grant funds.
