56Strong Mentee Participation Contract

56Strong is hosted by the Montana Women’s Business Center (MTWBC) at Prospera

If I am selected as a mentee for 56Strong, I will commit to the following:

1. I will attend the Kick-Off session on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 4-5:30 pm, the Closing session on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024, from 4-5:30 pm, schedule monthly sessions with my mentor, and be in attendance for a minimum of two of the monthly group calls.
2. I understand that I can only miss two sessions or have partial or late attendance up to three times to maintain participation in 56Strong.
3. I will devote the time and necessary resources to actively participate in 56Strong.
4. I acknowledge that all tuition fees are due by Friday, April 26, 2024, and are NONREFUNDABLE.
5. I have read and understand the program schedule and my required commitments. I am aware that attendance at the Kick-Off and Closing are MANDATORY.
6. I recognize that if I miss more than one meeting with my mentor and don’t communicate a change in meeting time with my mentor, I will be dismissed from the program, forfeit the full fee, and reimburse the Montana Women’s Business Center for any scholarship assistance I received (if applicable).
7. I understand my full participation and evaluation of each session day is vital to the process of the program and commit to completing an evaluation for each session I attend.
8. I understand that my mentor is volunteering their time and it is my responsibility to schedule the monthly meetings with my mentor and to show up for those meetings.
9. I understand that I may be discharged from 56Strong at any time should I engage in any conduct determined by the MTWBC to be detrimental to the program. In the event of discharge, all tuition shall be forfeited.
